1. General Conditions

Eligibility: Our services are currently limited to residents of Maharashtra, India. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders placed from outside this region.
Accuracy: We strive for spiritual and material authenticity. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

2. Products and Pricing

AI-Generated Imagery: Please note that some product images on this website are AI-generated digital representations. While we aim for high similarity, the physical product (color, fabric texture, hand-stitching) may vary slightly from the digital image.
Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund or alternative.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD): For all COD orders, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Call for a mandatory confirmation. If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
Manual Payments: If choosing UPI or Bank Transfer, the order will only be processed once a valid transaction screenshot is shared with our support team.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Scope: We ship exclusively within Maharashtra.
Delivery Timeline: While we aim for delivery within 3-5 business days, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns: Due to the sacred nature of items like Chandan, Dhoop, and Deity Dresses, we do not accept returns unless the product is received in a damaged condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the name Vrindavan Shringar, logos, text, and custom graphics, is the property of Vrindavan Shringar and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically in the courts of Maharashtra.
