At Vrindavan Shringar, we handle every order with the utmost care and devotion, ensuring your sacred items reach you in perfect condition.

Maharashtra Only: Currently, we exclusively ship within the state of Maharashtra, India.
Other States: If you place an order from outside Maharashtra, our team will contact you. Such orders may be cancelled and refunded as we are currently in our regional launch phase.

Flat Rate: We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹70 on all orders below ₹999.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Confirmation: For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will reach out to you via WhatsApp or Call within 12 hours of order placement. Your order will be dispatched only after successful confirmation.
Dispatch Time: Once confirmed, orders are typically packed and handed over to our courier partners within 24–48 hours.
Sacred Packaging: We use secure, high-quality packaging to ensure that fragile items like Chandan, Dhoop, and Deity Dresses are protected during transit.

Standard Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged in Transit: If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please take a photo or video before opening it and contact us within 24 hours at thevrindavanshringar@gmail.com
