Refund policy

Due to the sacred and personal nature of our products (Chandan, Fragrances, and Deity Dresses), we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken or the item is used. If you receive a damaged item, please share a photo/video within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp for a replacement.
